This Privacy Policy explains how Pretty Girls Peptide, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit prettygirlspeptide.com or use our non-clinical administrative services. Independent healthcare providers and pharmacies may maintain separate privacy notices that govern information in their custody.
Information you provide
We may collect identifiers and contact details; account credentials; demographic information; shipping and billing information; payment and transaction details; communications and customer-support records; marketing preferences; identity-verification information; and information submitted through questionnaires, forms, uploads, or the patient portal.
Health-related information may include medical history, symptoms, medications, allergies, treatment goals, photographs, laboratory information, eligibility responses, and other information requested for provider review. Do not submit information about another person unless you are legally authorized to do so.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website or platform, we and our service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, interaction events, session information, error logs, cookie identifiers, and similar usage information. Cookies, pixels, local storage, and related technologies may support security, functionality, analytics, attribution, and advertising.
How we use information
We may use information to operate and secure the platform; create and manage accounts; process transactions; coordinate provider review, prescriptions, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping, refills, and customer support; communicate about services; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with law; enforce agreements; troubleshoot and improve performance; maintain records; and protect patients, users, providers, pharmacies, and Pretty Girls Peptide.
Where permitted and consistent with your choices, we may use contact and website-interaction information to send or measure marketing. We do not use protected health information for advertising in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
Healthcare providers, pharmacies, and HIPAA
Medical services are provided by DrTelx and its affiliated independent professional entities and licensed providers. Prescriptions are dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies. These parties may collect information directly, receive information through the platform, create medical or pharmacy records, and use or disclose information for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, safety, legal compliance, and other purposes described in their own privacy notices.
HIPAA applies only to qualifying covered entities and business associates and only to information within its scope. The applicable provider's Notice of Privacy Practices governs protected health information maintained by that provider. Pretty Girls Peptide's handling of other consumer information is governed by this Privacy Policy and applicable consumer-health and privacy laws.
When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to DrTelx and affiliated provider entities; individual healthcare providers; EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Professional Pharmacy, Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, and other dispensing pharmacies; patient-platform providers; payment processors; identity, fraud, hosting, security, analytics, communications, shipping, support, and professional-service vendors; insurers or benefit administrators when directed; government authorities; and other parties as required or permitted by law.
Information may also be disclosed in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable restrictions. We may disclose information with your direction or consent.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
Pretty Girls Peptide does not sell protected health information. Some state laws define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 18.
Cookies and advertising choices
You can control cookies through browser settings and any privacy controls made available on the website. Blocking some technologies may affect functionality. Transactional, security, billing, and care-coordination messages may continue when necessary to provide requested services.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining medical and transaction coordination records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting tax and legal obligations, preventing fraud, and protecting safety. Independent providers and pharmacies apply their own clinical and pharmacy record-retention rules.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system, transmission method, or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state and the type of information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an accounting; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive information; and to appeal a denied request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, email alex@prettygirlspeptide.com. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Requests for medical or pharmacy records may need to be directed to the provider or pharmacy that maintains them. State consumer-health information
Consumer-health information may receive additional protection under applicable state law. Where required, we will obtain consent for collection or sharing beyond what is necessary to provide requested services, honor withdrawal and deletion rights, and maintain a consumer-health data privacy notice. Medical records maintained by providers or pharmacies may be governed by different laws and request procedures.
