Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pretty Girls Peptide, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and govern your use of prettygirlspeptide.com, our patient-facing technology, and the non-clinical administrative services we coordinate.
Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, submitting an intake, proceeding through checkout, clicking an acceptance box, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, Refund and Cancellation Policy, payment terms, program disclosures, and any terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, located in a United States jurisdiction where the applicable provider is licensed, and authorized to use the payment method you provide. You must provide complete and accurate identity, location, contact, payment, and health information and update it when it changes.
Our non-clinical role
Pretty Girls Peptide is a non-clinical management and administrative services organization. We coordinate technology, marketing, customer support, payment, and administrative services that help connect patients with independent licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies.
Pretty Girls Peptide does not practice medicine, diagnose, prescribe, compound, dispense, or ship medication. We do not direct or interfere with the independent professional judgment of any provider or pharmacy.
Medical providers and pharmacies
Medical services are provided by DrTelx and its affiliated independent professional entities and licensed healthcare providers. A provider-patient relationship is established only when an authorized provider accepts you for care. Providers independently determine whether treatment, testing, an in-person visit, or a prescription is appropriate. Completing an assessment or paying for services does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.
If prescribed, medication is dispensed and shipped by an independent licensed U.S. pharmacy. Pharmacy partners may include EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Professional Pharmacy, and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy. Product appearance, formulation, availability, preparation time, delivery, counseling, and refill requirements may vary by pharmacy and jurisdiction.
Telehealth and emergencies
Clinical services may be delivered through online questionnaires, secure messaging, telephone, video, electronic records, or other telehealth methods. Additional information, synchronous consultation, testing, or in-person evaluation may be required.
The services are not for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, or any condition you believe may be life-threatening. In a mental-health crisis, call or text 988.
Cash-pay services
The services are offered on a cash-pay basis and are not health insurance. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pretty Girls Peptide, the provider group, and the pharmacy do not submit insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or other benefit claims for you. Eligibility to use HSA, FSA, HRA, or similar funds is determined by your plan and applicable law.
Accounts and permitted use
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, submit false health information, obtain medication for resale, interfere with the platform, introduce malicious code, scrape or access the services through unauthorized automated means, reverse engineer protected software, or use the services in violation of law or another person's rights.
Prescription products
Prescription medication is available only after a clinical consultation and an independent determination that it is medically appropriate. Medication may not be suitable for everyone. Prescription products cannot be returned for reuse or resale. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Programs may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize charges to your payment method at the price and interval disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the patient portal when available or by emailing alex@prettygirlspeptide.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not by itself refund charges already processed.
Prices and included services are displayed before purchase and may change prospectively. We will provide advance notice when required by law. Taxes may be added unless stated otherwise. The checkout disclosures and Refund and Cancellation Policy contain additional terms.
Refunds and cancellations
Fees for services already performed are generally nonrefundable. Prescription orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded after clinical review or pharmacy processing has begun. Refund eligibility for provider denial, duplicate charges, damaged or incorrect shipments, and other circumstances is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Electronic communications
You consent to receive account, transactional, clinical-coordination, billing, security, and legal communications electronically from Pretty Girls Peptide, the provider group, pharmacies, and service providers. Marketing email and text-message consent, where requested, is separate and may be withdrawn using the provided opt-out method. Message and data rates may apply.
Intellectual property
The platform, brand, design, software, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Pretty Girls Peptide or its licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, noncommercial purposes. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Educational information and results
Website content is general educational information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency care. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee eligibility, prescriptions, availability, delivery timing, outcomes, weight loss, symptom improvement, or continued access to any treatment.
Third-party services
The services may rely on or link to independent providers, pharmacies, payment processors, hosting services, patient portals, and other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. Pretty Girls Peptide is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, except as required by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE NON-CLINICAL PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PRETTY GIRLS PEPTIDE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRETTY GIRLS PEPTIDE AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE NON-CLINICAL PLATFORM OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PRETTY GIRLS PEPTIDE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. LIMITATIONS THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED IN YOUR JURISDICTION DO NOT APPLY.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pretty Girls Peptide and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from third-party claims arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful misuse of the services, infringement of another person's rights, or submission of false or unauthorized information.
Individual arbitration and class-action waiver
Except for matters eligible for small-claims court, requests for emergency injunctive relief, and claims that cannot lawfully be arbitrated, disputes relating to these Terms or the non-clinical services will be resolved by final, binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
Before starting arbitration, the parties will provide written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing alex@prettygirlspeptide.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms and clearly stating your name, account email, and decision to opt out. This section does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where the mandatory laws of your state of residence apply. For disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, except where applicable law requires another forum.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue services. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, safety concerns, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
